Balsamic Garlic Grilled Mushroom Skewers

Ingredients
8 oz.Mushrooms, sliced 1/4 inch thick
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon Thyme, chopped
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Directions
  1. In a bowl, combine the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chopped garlic, and chopped thyme.
  2. Marinate the mushrooms in the mixture for at least 30 minutes. 
  3. Skewer the mushrooms and grill over medium-high heat, until just tender and slighlty charred. 2-3 minutes per side. Keep an eye on them. 
  4. Enjoy!
